Court has denied Samsung to see the unannounce Iphone 5 and the in-production of Ipad 3, which Apples says that Samsung is Harrasment to Apple, and also denied for Apple to stop Samsung to sale the copycat Samsung Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Tab as now the product is sale worldwide. So nobody wins?
