IM For Windows Phone 7 Didn't Support Windlows Live? Hold It At Bay

An IM for WP7 is submitted to Microsoft for approval. All looks great but it lack one thing which is lack of support for windows live. Then Microsoft hold the apps as if the app launch and it won't support Windows Live? Microsoft sure do the right thing by holding the app for not supporting windows live which is what Microsoft use for its main messenger
