The Sony Tablet S is equipped with a 9.4 inch screen (800 x 1280 resolution) with a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 1GHz processor inside. There are two cameras aboard, a 5MP shooter on the back and a .3MP one on the front.
This tablet can be found on Home Shopping Network, is a 3.1 Honeycombed Powered tablet. HSN offers this 16GB capable tablet on two different payment then what Sony offers a pre-order price of $499.99. HSN offers a $549.95 or a 4 payments of $149.98 meaning you pay $149.98 four times then the usual monthly installment payment of a year or two.
You got two choices here now, pay up HSN and get the tablet shipped directly to you now or pay up the pre-order price and save $100 but wait until the official announcement from Sony.

Toshiba Thrive Update Promise Fix Sleeping Issue
The Toshiba Thrive has an issue that some users reported that their tablet won't wake up after sleeping. Even factory reset, hard reset won't do the trick so the suspect is the firmware. Now Toshiba recently release an update as they promise.
Toshiba released the following statement regarding the software update:
A limited number of Thrive Tablet users have experienced a Resume issue when in Sleep mode. Toshiba has released a software update to resolve this issue, improving the sleep-and-resume performance, as well as enhancing the multimedia playback capabilities of the device. The software update can be downloaded through the Toshiba Service Station utility app found on the Thrive Tablet.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 OTA Update Brings In Samsung Touch UX On 5th August, Hit The UK Today, While Baby Brother 8.9 Hit On The 12th
Meanwhile the UK just got their Galaxy Tab release today while the 8.9 baby brother release date is on the 12th August both 3G and WiFi variants. While the 10.1 3G version will hit the stores on the 23rd August.
The WiFi-only Tab is £399 for the 16GB WiFi version, £479 for the 32GB and £559 for the 64GB, all available in black or white. Meanwhile, the WiFi + 3G model is £499, £579 or £659 for the three capacity variants respectively, all SIM-free.
As for the smaller model, the 8.9-inch Honeycomb tablet is being listed for pre-order at several online stores – Expansys has it for £584.99 - but recently an Amazon marketplace seller suggested it would drop on August 12. That date seems changeable, however; Engadget spotted the same seller listing the Tab 8.9 for release on August 11 just a few hours ago.

Asus Slider 16GB Delayed, Both 16GB And 32GB Launch Simultaneously
Asus Slider, a honeycomb tablet with a slide out keyboard. Yes it looks nice and hoping a Windows 8 tablet to have models like these too. Anyway the 16GB model WiFi variants is now on delay again until Autumn or by the end of this year, the delay rumour suggest it has something to do with the software, particularly the new USB accessory support.
Also due to this delay, the 32GB model WiFi variant is catching up, by the time both 16GB and the 32GB will launch simultaneously. Both model with 3G will be launch by Q1 of 2012

Argos G9 Tablet Pricing Reveal
Archos G9 Android Honeycomb tablet is launch earlier this month but no pricing. Now the price has been reveal for both 8 Inch and 10 Inch tablet.

Motorola To Produce 10 Inch Tablet With Android Ice-Cream
Motorola is rumour to produce a 10 Inch tablet of 2048x1536 resolution with 4:3 aspect ration, Tegra 3 chip and Ice-Cream sandwich powering the tablet. Its still a prototype though so the specs might be just for testing and some modification will happen, and also again Motorola is chosen to produce tablet running Ice-Cream sandwich like the Xoom, first to run Honeycomb.

Android 3.2 is rolling out now for Motorola Xoom, but reports says that on the US WiFi Xoom tablet version is getting it now so patient if you haven't received the update yet. Except from the support of SD card, an option zoom in and stretch out an app to fill the entire tablet is also available.

Samsung 8.9 Galaxy Tab Delay, Target Mid-August To Launch
The Galaxy Tab 8.9, the 10.1 little brother is getting a push back to mid-August for launching. its unfortunate for this little fella as the big brother is now enjoying a very success and manage to steal the spotlight in the tablet industry. The delay is rumour because of the shortage of panel for the 8.9 tab but is it really that or maybe waiting for the official update to bring the Touchwiz to the tab just like what the 10.1 been waiting for

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Hit UK In 4th August
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is hitting UK in 4th August, the successor of the originla Galaxy Tab 7 Inch. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 offers a very slim tablet of 8.6mm of 0.33 Inch with Honeycomb 3.1 and powering the whole tablet is a Tegra 2 processor from Nvidia. As for the other Ui, it's using the Touch UX custom made by Samsung for its Flagship tablet, with WiFi and optional of 3G slot.

Android 3.2 Honeycomb Is Coming To A Range Of Display
When Honeycomb is first announce, it's said need at least 10.1 inch screen for it to really show how great it was and it really show what it can do. 7 Inch Huawei Tablet With 3.2 Honeycomb
Huawei has announce that it'll be releasing a tablet running Android 3.2 Honeycomb in Singapore. This is the Media Tablet with a 1.2 GHz of Qualcomm processor, inside a 10.5mm tablet, 1.3 megapixel front camera, 5 megapixel rear camera, a 7 Inch with 217 pixel IPS screen, 802.11n WiFi and a six hour of battery life. It weighs about 390g or 0.86 ounce, 1080 video playback, a HSPA+ or 3G, 8Gb of internal memory and comes with extra sd card slot, bluetooth and HDMI output to play your 1080 video at you HD TV. Sadly no WiFi only model is going to be build, mayb like the original Galaxy Tab with WiFi being announce a year or two later.
