Nokia Plan B ' Support Plan A Which Is Support Windows Phone 7'

Stephen Elop, Nokia CEO makes a brave move to leave the burning Symbian platform and use the Windows Phone 7 OS to compete with Android and Apple. That's plan 'A', Plan 'B'? Support plan 'A' so that it doesn't failed. That's really Nokia strategy right now, Say that both plan failed, what's next?
