With little in the way of fanfare, Google has made good on its mid-July availability estimate for the Nexus 7: the Asus-manufactured tablet is now on sale at a variety of retailers. Ebuyer was the first to officially launch the device earlier today with some delivery dates scheduled for as early as tomorrow. For those in the US, Adorama has also altered its listing for the 16GB Nexus 7 to reflect imminent availability — the original pre-order text is now gone and a sales representative we spoke with confirmed the Android 4.1 tablet will be arriving at the company's warehouse at some point today.
