"Apple may lose the case as Apple had failed to prove how consumer will confuse between then Apple Appstore and Amazon Appstore", says Judge when the Apple failed to give any actual evidence of confusion. This is not final ruling, the judge is going to re-read the support papers that Apple has offer to protect its generic Appstore.
