Samsung Want Apple Drop 5 Out 10 Of Its Lawyers

Samsung VS Apple lawsuit is still hot, after Apple file ITC complain for HTC, now on the other case Samsung is firing back to Apple, to drop 5 out of 10 lawyers that represents Apples in different courts case. Apparently this 5 lawyers also representing Samsung in other case with fighting Sony Ericsson. This means this 5 lawyers have access to confidential information for both Samsung and Apple. Samsung also brought this topic up before in the past but all are denied.

Court Approve 4.5 Billion For Nortel Patents

The courts has just give the Nod for the buying of Nortel patents of 6000 to consortium of tech companies which consist of Apple, Microsoft, SONY, Ericsson, EMC and RIM. The price is 4.5 Billion and with this ends the long 19 auction long run of bidding starterd by Google Inc of astounding of 900 million but loses to the consortium tech companies.

Apple Gain Patent, A Threat To Everything With Touchscreen

Hottest topic of the day, Apple won patent for multitouch. Multitouch is what every smartphone with touchscreen have, regardless if your Ios, Android, Blackberry, Symbian, MEEGO and also even a smartphone or a tablet. With this patent, which I think shoud not have been bought as it applies to all touchscreen device which uses multitouch to interact with the whole phone, pinch to zoom, double tap to zoom, anything, the patent says that if you use all of the above then you'll have to obtain it from Apple. Sony Ericsson Adds Xperia Ray, Xperia Active And Xperia Txt

Sony Ericcson has added 3 more phone to its Xperia family, one of them is the Xperia Ray. It has a 3.3 Inch screen(854x480), an 8 megapixel camera, Xperia like custom UI with facebook integration. Its coming at Q3 of 2011 in black, gold, white and pink.

2nd is the Xperia Active, as the name suggest active means for people really active in sports especially getting their hands wet, this smartphone enable you to touch the phone with your wet hands. Yes really nice, althoug maybe slippery but who knows what you receive and you just want to change or skip music whil your jogging.  The screen is a scratch screen( 320x480), the phone is active on itself, survivng a 1m deep of water for 30 minutes, dustproof, gps , bluetooth,  and a barometer. It'll also arrive in Q3 of 2011

 The last to be added is the Xperia Txt. Its actually like the sliding txt pro of Sony Ericcson, this is how it looks like when it's not sliding, it uses the candy bar form factor. It has a 2.6 Inch screen and runs with Android. It'll be release in Q4 of 2011.

Sony Ericsson Neo Hits Europe In July

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, the phone is should be launch in April in Europe, but because of the Earthquake and the Tsunami that hit Japan during March, it has been delay until now. Finally the Xperia Neo launch and is schedule to hit Europe in July. It'll feature a 3.7 Inch screen(854x480) with Bravia engine, 8 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera, all powered by single core Qualcomm processor

Sony Ericsson Xperia 10 is getting Gingerbread skipping Froyo jumping from Donut to Eclair. Some of the features will be excluded in the update for instance the DLNA, maybe the hardware can't support it.
