Work on Persona 5 is underway, according to Andriasang's translation of a recent Famitsu interview with Team Persona's Katsura Hashino.
With Persona 4 Arena out and Persona 4 Golden on its way to North America this fall, Hashino's team is hard at work on the series' "next numbered entry." In the interview he states that Persona 3 and 4 art director Shigenori Soejima has already submitted sketches, "and the game is making progress."
Famitsu also mentions that Hashino is collaborating on a project that won't be revealed for a while, one that will "surprise everyone."
