Icloud Communication sues Apple Icloud Service

Apples Icloud is just announced this year in WWDC where Apple announced it with the IOS 5 and the MAC OS X Lion. Icloud communcation is using the name Icloud long before Apple announced it on WWDC, so when people here Icloud, they think of Apple Icloud and not the Icloud business. Therefore Icloud is suing Apple for that, and demand for the lost of profit and preety much everything related with Icloud.
