Japanese Carriers Finnaly Allow Cross-Text using SMS
Around the world if we travel, and use our own simcard or the local place simcard, we can sms anyone who have cellphone whether they are on our simcard network or on the other carrier network simcard but this is more expensive. On the other parts of the world in Japan, the carriers didn't allow cross-text using sms but instead they allowed using a unique Email client on each smartphone only that they are using email not sms. Now Japan try to follow how the global works which allow cross-text sms with different carriers, but if you're use to email your other friend on ther network using email, will you use sms? Well depends on the rate I guess
