Rooting is a heaven for some user including me :), rooting meaning getting access to all parts of your smartphone. You can do anything with your phone, overclock, underclock, change the firmware, change anything, if something is wrong then your responsibility. Why? rooting void the warranty and repairing it will cause you the full price of repairing not the usual customer service price. Thay what Verizon, US Big red Network is taking step with dealing with rooted phone.
