VIRGIN Mobile of US prefer Stock Android Ui

Virgin mobile of US says that they prefer using stock android ui rather than the one made by Samsung(TouchWiz), Htc(Sense), Motorola(Motoblur), Lg. This doesn't mean that they support rooting or custom MOD or ROM but the stock android one will give you the true 'Android Experience'.
