Apple lost injunction agaisnt Amazon for using appstore for Android as due to insufficient evidence on how people could confuse between Apple appstore and Amazon appstore. Also Amazon lose in making the Appstore generic. So this mean does both have an advantage agaisnt both? Maybe as Apple is still trying to force Amazon to drop appstore name and the trial is set for october 2012
