Apple Fill Another ITC Complaint Against HTC

Apple has file another ITC complaint against HTC. Maybe due to the recent S# patent bought by HTC, Apple sense that some of the patent maybe block therefore they add another in order to ban HTC from selling in the US just like what Apple plan with Samsung. Looks like the heats turns up once again and the result for HC vs Apple is on August 8 if nothing is in the way.


Update: HTC has denied all patent that Apple is filing to the ITC for banning from the US. The phones that are involved are Nexus One, Touch Pro, Touch Diamond, Touch Pro2, Tilt II, Pure, Imagio, Dream / G1, myTouch 3G, Hero, HD2, and Droid Eris – including both Android and Windows Mobile devices.


Some of the patents essentially covered any touchscreen phone, including a patent for “Touch Screen Device, Method, And Graphical User Interface For Determining Commands By Applying Heuristics. HTC is very dissapointed with Apple action to file the patent which is what any touchscreen phone would have, is Apple really protecting their patent? Not from here as they are just playing around, bullying other manufacturers not thinking very deep that the patent is very general to all smartphone with touchscreen
