Canada and US, they all are in the same region and are neighbours. What the US got, means the US will also get it to but at a different date. Now Canada Bell will be receiving the Galaxy S II, most are saying that the US launch of the Galaxy S II is very near, hopefully which is after the 21st July which is the Canadian launch.
