Google is going to kill Picasa and Blogger, not throw it out but a rebranding. Looks like Google is listening to the user and many user have one thing in common. Integrate all Google service with Google+ and could this be the first step? Picasa right now is being used as photo in Google+ and will be rebranded as Google Photo and Blogger will be rebranded as Google Blog. This is for integration in Google+
