HTC Guilty Of 2 Patent From Apple

HTC is found guilty in infringing patent from Apple. Out of the 10 patent presented by Apple, 2 is found being infringe by HTC on its phone, which are

• 5,946,647: "system and method for performing an action on a structure in computer"
• 6,343,263: "real-time signal processing system for serially transmitted data"

This patent is possibly the same one on the case between Apple and Motorola in which this code can be found on the core of the Android.
