AirPlay, Apples way to stream content to other wireless device which is their Apple TV. But only limited feature and this limit is past by homebrew apps that enable AirPlay to be use by the apps. Now Apple has added more feature to the AirPlay, FaceTime so now if you get a video call via FaceTime you can use your Apple TV to stream the video to a much larger screen while using your Iphone as the camera for the other person to see you. This feature is not known if it'll show out to the public when IOS 5 release but if its not then its like the multi touch feature where its for developer only feature
