Considering all the jobs cut, Nokia is preparing a huge amount of money for a big ads campaign for their Windows Phone 7. Around $128 million is prepare for the ads for the unannounced Windows Phone 7 which is expected to launch this September or October. Will we see the Windows Phone 7 as the main competitor by the power of Nokia?
