Samsung Need To Pay Royalties Of $15 For Every Android Phone
HTC pays Microsoft $5 for every Android phone it sells, which means the more HTC sells go, the more money Microsoft wins form HTC sells. This is because the patent infringement in HTC Android is so many that HTC had to pay royalties( which Apple will do so to pay Nokia) to not get sued. Now Microsoft is threatening Samsung, the leader of Android with the Galaxy S II now is 3 million and counting more to be sold. It is reported that Samsung need to pay $15 dollar for every Android Phone it sells with the same reason as HTC patent infringement. But since Samsung Omnia and Focus is one of the best selling Windows Phone 7, Samsung to seeing to lower it down to $5 like HTC and Samsung is also rumour to sell a Galaxy S II version of Windows Phone Using Mango.
