All the phone numbers assigned to MB865s are for area codes that will be a part of AT&T's initial LTE deployment. Additionally, AT&T has set up a tracking code for LTE devices in its payment infrastructure, and the MB865 has the appropriate notations for an LTE smartphone. Also the MB865 is a Motorola phone, so will Motorola will be the first AT&T LTE smartphone?
