Verizon’s Samsung Galaxy S III is thought to be model number SCH-I535, which we saw in a user agent string earlier. Well now, a NenaMark benchmark has appeared for the SCH-I535, and by the looks of it, it’s definitely not the quad-core Exynos processor. The benchmark shows an Adreno 225 GPU and a 1.5GHz CPU, which points to Qualcomm’s dual-core LTE-capable Snapdragon S4.
The device also runs Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, sports a 720p HD display, and is slated for Verizon. No news on a release date, but Samsung has mentioned it could come as early as June.
