Rumour: Samsung looking to buy Nokia for 15 billion Euro

Rumour: Samsung looking to buy Nokia for 15 billion Euro:
imageFinnish site Kauppalehti.fi is claiming Samsung is looking to buy Nokia for around 4 Euro a share, significantly higher than Nokia’s current share price of 2.34 Euro, and which would value the company at around 15 billion Euro.
Samsung has not commented on the rumour, and as far as we know Nokia’s strategy does not include sale at the moment.
At the same time, if Samsung was going to put in a serious bid, it is unlikely to succeed on competition and anti-trust grounds.  If anything a Microsoft bid would be much more likely to go through, and of course Microsoft would not want to lose their main Windows Phone OEM to the biggest Android company in the world.
